Hello, I’m Adonis! With over eight years of experience in the call center industry, I’ve dedicated my career to enhancing outsourced offshore customer service while giving back to my beautiful country.
I began my journey in the BPO sector as a phone advisor, and quickly fell in love with the world of outsourcing. Engaging with diverse individuals from around the globe and making a daily impact fueled my passion. I’ve honed my skills in sales, collections, and customer service, eventually rising to become one of the highest-performing team leaders at Nutun. There, I’ve developed and mentored agents to provide exceptional customer experiences, maximize deliverables, and achieve key performance indicators.
With my unique blend of operational experience as both an advisor and team leader, I understand the challenges businesses face in customer service and collections. This insight enables me to create tailored, realistic solutions for our omnichannel services at Nutun.
When I’m not busy improving customer experiences, you can find me outdoors, meeting new people, playing and watching football, swimming at the beach, or enjoying a game of chess—all while brainstorming how to make a positive impact in South Africa!
