Irina is the founder of TrackMage, a software for eCommerce sellers that helps them track packages. Her journey started from running a fulfillment center in China for 2.5 years (without speaking Chinese) and went to launching a SAAS company completely remotely without external funding and running it successfully to this day.
She is also a business and leadership consultant who specializes in Operations and Processes Optimization. As a consultant over the course of the last few years, she has helped 50+ small and and large companies to scale and optimize their processes and deliver outstanding results.
